Senator Miller moved to amend the bill on page eight, section forty-four, line four, after the word “forces” by changing the period to a colon and inserting the following proviso: Provided, That any person age eighteen or over who dies as a result of a collision and who at the time of the collision was not wearing a protective helmet while operating, or riding as a passenger on, any motorcycle or motor-driven cycle is deemed an organ donor and has, by the act of not wearing a protective helmet, specified a general intent to make an anatomical gift that satisfies subsection (f), section eleven, article nineteen, chapter sixteen of this code.
